Her expertise spans human resources, exceptional student services, federal and state compliance, strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational change. Throughout her career, Dr. Burney has successfully led cross-functional initiatives that strengthen compliance, optimize resources, balance budgets, and align people, processes, and priorities around a shared vision. She partners with school districts, charter organizations, and educational leaders to build high-performing systems that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and support long-term success.
